We use Singapore Post for our delivery as of now. Local normal shipping is on us! We now also offer SmartPac Shipping (which comes with tracking number)!
We understand that local post services can take quite awhile and we are looking out to change our courier in the future! So bear with us for the time being!
Also, sometimes normal mail get lost in the process, and unfortunately, we have to let you know that we will not be liable for any lost normal mails!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Our overseas orders are mailed out with a tracking number via our local post office. For urgent orders, we do Speedpost as well. Please contact us for rates.
How long do you take to ship out the order?
We usually do our mailing once every week for both international and local shipping.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Local Normal/Registered: 3-7 working days
Overseas: 5-10 working days (South-East Asia) | 6 - 14 working days (Asia Pacific, Europe, USA)
Speedpost: 1-2 working days. Recommended for urgent orders only
We offer exchange within 14 days of purchase. However, the item must be in original packaging and it should be unused/unwashed condition. Along with your proof of purchase, you may send it back to us and we will process it. However, we will not bear the return shipping cost. Do note that only a one-time exchange is allowed for each transaction.
Refund of items are only valid if the item did not arrive in a good condition before use. Please email us about the issue, and once it is approved, you may send the item back and we will process your refund in 14 days. Do note that we do not bear the return shipping cost.
