+ Local Shipping

Local shipping via Singpost is on us! We also offer SmartPac shipping, it comes with a tracking number and it is complimentary for orders S$60 and above. If you require express local shipping, we use Qxpress Delivery next day/same day delivery - cost will be calculated at check out. Also, sometimes normal mail get lost in transitions, unfortunately we will not be liable for any lost normal mails!

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Our international orders are mailed out with a tracking number via our local post office. For urgent orders, we can also ship by DHL, please contact us for shipping rates.

+ How long do you take to ship out the order?

Once we receive an order, it will take us 3 -5 working days to prepare the parcel. We usually do our mailing once every week for both international and local shipping.

+ How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Local Normal/Registered: 3-7 working days / Overseas: 5-14 working days


Exchange

We offer exchange within 14 days of purchase. However, the item must be in original packaging and it should be unused/unwashed condition. Along with your proof of purchase, you may send it back to us and we will process it. However, we will not bear the return shipping cost. Do note that only a one-time exchange is allowed for each transaction. 

Refund

Refund of items are only valid if the item did not arrive in a good condition before use. Please email us about the issue, and once it is approved, you may send the item back and we will process your refund in 14 days. Do note that we do not bear the return shipping cost.

Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
